Diese Maschine ist für das Rohmaterialmischen und Schäumen spezialisiert, sowohl Materialfüllung und Mischen sind computergesteuerte.Ita Eigenschaft als: Genaue Materialzuführung, Mischsystembremse, viel erhöhte Schaumqualität, bequeme Bedienung und effizient.
Die Schäummaschine vom Typ Box ist für Kunden mit geringem Produktionsvolumen konzipiert, um quadratische oder kreisförmige Blockschwämme zu produzieren. Der gesamte Prozess wird durch ein Programm gesteuert. Nach der Eingabe der Formel in das Kontrollsystem werden alle Rohstoffe entsprechend der Formel abgestimmt, mit einer Form geformt und dann zum Extrahieren des Schwamms entformt. Die Bedienung ist einfach und schnell, und der Schaden der Rohstoffe für die menschliche Gesundheit wird reduziert.
